Katy provides consulting on important Human Resources matters that exceed client company’s internal level of expertise. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University, and soon after obtained her PHR Certification which she has maintained since 1994. Katy has successfully guided her client companies through OFCCP Compliance Evaluations and Affirmative Action Plan development since 1991. She also has extensive experience with Supervisory Training, Employee Counseling, and Internal Harassment Investigations.
